Jay Bansal, M.D., Medical Director of LaserVue Eye Center, is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and the Council for Refractive Surgery Quality Assurance. Recognized as a VISX Star Surgeon and one of "America’s Top Ophthalmologists" by Consumer’s Research Council, Dr. Bansal was among the first surgeons in California to perform LASIK procedures. His career is dedicated to the research, teaching and practice of advanced vision correction techniques. He has performed over fifteen thousand successful LASIK procedures and is a certified as a Trainer to other surgeons on the VISX Star laser system.

Dr. Singh attended the University of Chicago School of Medicine. After completion of her residency at Northwestern University, she joined the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary as the Director of Comprehensive Ophthalmology and assistant Clinical Professor.
Dr. Singh has been recognized as a VISX Star surgeon (awarded to the top 100 LASIK specialists) by VISX, Inc. and named one of “America’s Top Ophthalmologists” by the Consumer’s Research Council. At LaserVue Eye Center, she performs leading edge Customized Wavefront LASIK procedures combined with advanced surgical techniques.
